It’s not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing in the streets of this quaint little oasis. The Homeowners Association (dues are $500/year) that serves Raleigh takes pride in keeping the neighborhood in pristine condition. There are sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for you to walk your dog on, or to just take a leisurely walk in the afternoon to enjoy the beauty of the community you call home.

What’s the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Raleigh Neighborhood are generally going to range between 3000 and 4000 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built in the mid to late 2000’s by a number of different Custom Builders. There are still custom homes being built with a few lots left to build your dream home on. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with four bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a five bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots range between 1/2 acre and an acre so there is plenty of room for you to get out and enjoy the beautiful South Alabama weather.

Raleigh is located right off of Sollie Rd in the rapidly growing area of West Mobile. There is a major hospital less than 5 miles from the neighborhood, about a 10 minute drive.
