The Real Estate Market in Perry GA in March 2015 began to heat up as Spring arrived. With 6 months of available inventory in this balanced real estate market, there are ample opportunities for all consumers to benefit in this market right now. In this smaller Houston County GA market, the number of home sales (18) jumped up nicley from both the previous month (14 sales) and the 12-month average (16 sales). When buyers are fnding a property they like, that home is getting contracted quickly!

The sales price to list price ratio bettered the 12-month average (96.63%) by over a full percent coming in at 97.82% in March. The number of days-on-market for homes that sold (89 days) continued to be an encouragement, improving on the 12-month average by 8%.
