Congratulations to these buyers who decided to move from the suburbs back into Denver to be closer to the "happenings". They knew the general area they wanted, and saw several homes, many of which needed way too much to make the home livable in their eyes. The Tudors in Mayfair really made them fall in love.
This home was built in 1937 and has the arches, and built-ins with character they were looking for!
This was a referral for one of my service providers and always feel grateful! The buyers are looking forward to making some changes to make it their HOME, and know it will be super cute! Congratulations, and wishing them many wonderful memories in their new home.
