Mother's Day Gift to You, Positively Green Cards!
It's been a wonderful day today even though I didn't get to spend it with my 3 daughters. While they don't live here, we are fortunate to have joint, non-stop texting every day; phone calls that are random and appreciated; and photos popping up on my phone from them.
I missed a delivery yesterday for Mother's Day so I'm kind of in Mother's Day suspension. But I promised them I'd go straight to the post office in the morning and retrieve my gift that is "something I wouldn't buy for myself."
One Mother's Day card in particular stands out. This card hit the nail on the head for me. My girls know that protecting the environment is important to me. They know that it pains me to see this earth going south because we aren't taking care of it. So this card really hit home.
Had to share this Mother's Day card as it is so fitting for Mothers Day, even though it wasn't meant to be a Mother's Day card! It is a friendship card and can be found on PositivelyGreenCards.com
Visiting this. site I watched the video about this amazing company, I noticed that 10% of their profits are given to organizations that protect our environment.
And I loved the "Tip #203: More than 100 million trees are cut down annually in the US to generate junk mail. Visit catalogchoice.org to opt-out and cut down on the junk in your mailbox this year."
What a great idea! Save trees, eliminate junk mail, and reduce waste. And the cards are made from recycled content with soy ink!
And finally, I happened upon this video when searching for the company on You Tube. This video is about what to incorporate in your blog and where. Very interesting!
