This business of real estate is such a gamble at times. We can put hours, days, and weeks of hard work in and have nothing come out of it. This month I have had three deals fall apart due to sellers deciding not to sell after accepting an offer, two which were over asking! I rarely have deals fall apart so I'm thinking there is a bright shining light at the end of this tunnel?!
Love the quote by Will Rogers.....some advice I've never, ever listened to once. Sorry to hear about those three deals falling apart, but something great is right around the corner.
Christopher -- mercury must be in retrograde or something. We've all had months like this and on the distaff side, I wrote three contracts this week and none of them went through!
