Great post Laura Foreman !  Throughout my career referrals and maintaining contact with my network has really made a huge impact in the business I'd generate. Having a solid CRM and an automated system in place for follow-up really makes a difference. Especially if you use custom content and not just the templates everyone else uses; you really stand out. If we stop reaching out to past clients, eventually, they stop reaching out as well.  Not healthy for business, and not healty for social & mental health either.
