New Residential Developments in Magnolia, Texas
There is a lot happening in Magnolia, Texas! We have several new communities being developed with more on the way! As The Woodlands has continued to build-out, the record number of people coming to our area continue to look for other areas in which to reside. With Magnolia just to the west of The Woodlands and still having some large, contiguous tracts of land left, it makes sense that Developers are looking to this area to expand in.
Toll Brothers: Purchased a 500-acre tract just south of The Woodlands off of FM 2978 and have begun with the preliminary development platting, roads and infrastructure. This tract flows down toward Spring Creek which will be developed into parks, nature areas and playing fields. The name of this sub-division is North Grove at Spring Creek.
Sheldon Tract: Approximately 585 acres at FM 1774 and Mill Creek will be developed into a mixed-use tract. Approximately 325 homes are expected to be built in the development.
Lakes at Mill Creek: 302 prime acres just west of The Woodlands located at Dobbin Hufsmith Rd. This tract could have up to 576 home sites depending on how a developer sites the lot sizes.
Neidigk Ranch: Approximately 457 acre historic ranch just southwest from The Woodlands off of Hardin Store Rd. This tract boasts a beautiful 75 acre lake in the middle of the property. Early development plans are large, acreage tracts for high-end homes in a private, gated community.
