The "models" suggest that you reach a point that "the right assistant" will make the difference to your success. Call it a hit the wall moment.
So to those of you that are following me, you know that I have recently added an assistant, Fred. He ranks very highly in all supportive categories, not so much on computer or phone skills. He has been caught napping on the job, but even then, his calm smoothes out my edges. All around, he is a great addition.
I am a KW agent - well schooled in the model that would tell me I am well beyond a point in my business that adding an assistant -- person --- is appropriate. But I'm not ready for that.
As for me, I will take my Fred.
So tell me - who in your life - business or otherwise, has earned the same "who saved who?" designation as my fantastic rescue kitty, Fred Flintstone. And oh my, SO handsome, is he!
