Meet my new buyer I signed up yesterday

For my first blog post as a new member of Active Rain I thought it would be fitting to introduce you to the kind of clients I often get.  Yes his name is Luigi, and I am actively looking to meet his criteria in the Bel Air area of Los Angleles. It is an exclusive area, much like Beverly Hills, and he can only live in that area.

So I have started going to work today to find this distinguished fellow the
home of his dreams. I am known as the pet friendly realtor.   I hold a community title in BelAir and Westwood as the director of Animal Welfare, which is  appointed by the city council.  I am an avid animal lover.  Although we all love our pets  so much, I do think that having an animal in Los Angeles we get some of the most outragous requests for our furry friends.  What requests have you had when buying or selling to your clients and their beloved companions?

Thanks for the nice comments.  My first blog I had a few issues with.  The picture wouldn't go right side up, no matter what I tried. The first time I finally got the blog done right I published it, and it said done. I got an email to go look at it.  But it was nowhere.  So i did it again, I had to do it 3 times each time it said done and sent me an email.  Oh well 3 times a charm.  Thanks for the comments and support to all! Hopefully I will get better.

Such a fun first post here in Active Rain Adele! I look forward to many more and will be following you! Over here in Gilbert, Arizona people do love their pets but not nearly enough to base a home purchase on them. It's been years since I had a buyer make specific requests to accomodate an animal.

Love the post! I'm in a pet-friendly apartment building and it creates an immediate bond amongst the neighbors. As a realtor, I'm sure it's important to put special care into taking into account the pets' needs. Luckily for me, I think the pets will be happy with whichever loan program their owner deems best :).

What breed is Luigi? Havanese? Yorkie? Yorkie-Poo? Other? He is one of the cutest dogs I have ever seen.  I've had Collies, Poodles, Bichons, and Labs.  My next dog will be small.

I know Sharon I think Luigu is the cutest too... and I see so many.  My husband runs  the Humane Society.  Luigi is a yorkie, I have always had German Shephards but I want to get a little dog too.

 Right now we have three cats, two are in Los Angeles and one in Prescott Arizona where my husband runs the Prescott Humane Society.  The two cats travel in the car back and forth so I cannot fit a big dog in the car.

Its a bit crazy but they are use to it, they even go to real estate conventions with me.  Do I sound like the crazy cat lady.  Lol...
