Greeley School in Winnetka is located at 275 Fairview Ave and is an elementary school for kindergarten through 4th grade. The school serves the children living mostly on the east side of Green Bay Road. In 2019, Greeley's boundaries were expanded to include a small area west of Green Bay road (see map below for exact boundaries.)
Homes in east Winnetka are usually higher in price because of proximity to the lake. This area also includes homes located directly on the lake thus driving the average price up. Several sales in 2014 were $12 million and $14 million for lakefront properties. The median home price in 2014 for Greeley School was $1,400,000.
Residents who live in the Greeley School District use any of the three train stations that are located in Winnetka because the district boundary is right along the tracks going north. A popular area to live is in the southern section because of its proximity to New Trier High School.
