Wailea Ekolu is one of the older developments, built in 1979, which means there is lower density and plenty of grounds for everyone to enjoy. 148 condos are situated on 18.5 acres. There are 2 swimming pools, and beautiful sunsets from this location along the Wailea Blue Golf Course. It's a pet friendly complex, and that's not so easy to find in Wailea.
I think the upper floor units are my favorite, especially if you can get a view like this one!
