How Laura, Do you want to move to Denver and work for me? You sound like you would be great!

I know it makes sense to focus on core competencies and delegate other tasks. But, I also like to learn and develop new skills to keep things interesting. So, I am not as productive as I could be. I should think about outsourcing more tasks.
Great tips! I agree, espeically with delgating. My marketing manager Michelle does everything in or office like clockwork. Since delegating tasks to her over the past 1.5 years I have found that my office runs so much more smoothly. Thanks for sharing.
Laura Foreman I love this post because I am a FIRM believer in catering to your strengths and making them even stronger instead of trying to improve your weaknesses. Thanks for the post!
We do all have weaknesses as long as we are willing to acknowledge them. And keep pushing themselves to get a little better each time!
I just reread the part about staying involved and in the mix and I couldn't agree more. Mingling, just be yourself!
Delegating those things that we are weak at, something that every good business person learns to do quickly.
Run a tighter ship.. don't get comfortable and compete with yourself to rise above, finding time wasted to make better use of it. Real estate is a sport, some say addiction.
