Geneva home sales for the month of April decreased in volume by 9.8% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 12% from $317,450 to $279,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 22.9%, while the median sale price decreased by 2.9% from $340,000 to $330,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 66.7%, while the median sale price rose by 0.3% from $148,000 to $148,500.
