Michelle Barrella is my transaction coordinator and she has made my business go to the next level. She keeps the transactions in order to make sure we are in compliance with laws and she keeps everyone informed of everything to do with the transaction. But Michelle goes the extra mile ... I really don't remember how I did it before her. She takes out the mundane tasks of everyday and keeps my schedule open for selling. My preferred Title Company (Independence Title -Dusti) absolutely are pleased with Michelle because it relieves a lot of the time they were spending trying to get documents from me - Michelle keeps everything flowing very smoothly. I started out just using her for the contract to close but now I utilize her from listing to close. I would never go back to not having a Transaction Coordinator (Michelle), she has been a blessing to me, my clients, my Title Company and my family (relieved stress).
