Your business team ... Important?

It is imperative to have the right people in place - your team - when being a Realtor. When the right team is in place your transactions are smooth and happy. Your team can be the make or break in having referral business. Having the right Title Company (Independence Title-Dusti), the right Transaction Coordinator (Michelle Barrella), the right Lenders (I have 2 just in case - each deal is different), the right inspectors, surveyors, appraisers and  has kept my clients and I very happy for the past years. When you have to use someone different than your "normal" team then it messes up the rythm your team has. The transaction doesn't flow as smooth - it disrupts the process. I hate to be one of those agents that doesn't give others a chance to get my business but it hasn't been a good experience when I have in the past. I love my team and wonder if there are other agents out there that feel the same????
