Doug, you hit the mark on this one my friend.  I'm old school when it comes to dress.  I love getting dressed up for work.  (Your post applies to church dress too by the way.)  I agree that suits aren't always required but it pains me to see agents dressed in jeans and a t-shirt.  Great post.
