We're almost done with May and we have had a busy month at Lane Realty and we have 2 OR 3 closing tomorrow and another 2 or 3 next week. (yes, one we're still a little unsure of the closing date. Underwriter issues (imagine that)
But the data pulled here was back on the 16th at the mid month point and we were right on track to keep up the slow trend we're seeing of slighty more homes selling same period over last year and and even slightly higher prices and a little lower inventory. All good things for sellers who are ready to put their homes on the market.
Average days on the market were WAY down for the first half of May as well. That's also another great sign for sellers.
