The Rockville Centre Farmer's Market will resume on Sunday, May 31st and continue every Sunday until November 22nd 2015.
The market is open from 7 a.m. to noon in Municipal Parking Field 12, along the north side of Sunrise Highway, between Long Beach Road and N. Forest Avenue.
Good to see you Liz. Our local farmers market started this past Wednesday. A local restaurant was grilling strawberry chipolte chicken. I took some home for dinner along with some potato salad. The next night we enjoyed a zucchini, onion, tomato and cheese casserole. Bought a jar of sweet pepper relish and a nice big hunk of cheese. I am looking forward to going every week.
JoAnn I can't wait for it to open. We have about 30 different stands and the vegetable stand has the most activity.
