Don't Lose Out On The Good Ones
Just recently I was at a function where people that were in between jobs came and made many items for sale for the benefit of the PARC as it is called.
I don't wear a lot of jewelry but there was a set of earnings with a matching necklace. It was absolutely gorgeous. Whoever made it knew what they were doing.
Well, I vacillated. Do I want it? Will I wear it? Guess what happened. Yup. Someone else got the necklace. I was able to salvage the earnings but I missed out on a good one. Sad face.
Sometimes you have to get out of your comfort zone and take a risk and jump. If you don't you may only be wearing the earings.
We had a new Foreclosure come on the market today. Watch this video. Please remember it is a little grainy because you can't have electricity on in a foreclosure.
A 20 x 30 shop in the backyard should push you over the edge. It has 3 big bedroom, 1.75 baths and needs very little repair.
