This week’s report on home values for San Clemente and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a San Clemente Realtor Michael Albrecht.  The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.5 percent, for new homes up 6.4. percent and for resale condos up 3.8 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 16.4 percent and up 16.3 percent on condos and down 19.3 percent for new homes.     

• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.4 percent and the sales volume is up 66.7 percent.
• Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 8.0 percent and the sales volume is up 35. percent.
• Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 4.6 percent and the sales volume is up 35.0 percent.
• Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 16.3 percent and the sales volume is up 32.9 percent.
• Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 13.0 percent and the sales volume up 34.0 percent.
• San Clemente  Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 10.7 percent and the sales volume is up 42.2  percent.
• San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 1.1 percent and the sales volume is up 33.3 percent. 

Sales are up for the County.  South Orange County is similar week over week.  Sales are still up and doing fine and there are plenty of units to sell.
