Right now the word Rain is definitely a four letter word in the state of Missouri, we have seen some of the heaviest rain in my a lifetime in this state. Kay Van Kampen at Re/Max in Ozark has some great pictures of this located in her blog, be sure to check them out!
ActiveRain on the other hand has been a great tool and the blog here has been an awesome way to get the message out in this rapidly changing and volatile mortgage market. The industry has changed more in the last 7 months than in the past 7 years I believe and at that pace keeping up to date and keeping your business partners as up to date as you can with these changes has been a critical piece in helping my existing relationships and building new ones.
Whatever changes lie ahead Active Rain is a great place to catch up, read up, discuss and debate our industry.
