We have seen 14 straight months of listing price increases on home prices in Kaneohe (click the photo above or here)  and don’t expect things to slow down anytime soon.  If you are considering buying a home you can still find some decent deals on a house in Kaneohe but having a good real estate agent who understands the market is a must.  Even at these prices, some sellers are receiving MULTIPLE offers if they have the property priced at market.  Don’t wait on the sidelines for too long, many listings are selling within a few days of hitting the market.
