Lou, Change is a choice and takes will power to follow through. It is easy to talk the talk but you have to walk the walk..

If we don't choose to change then we are likely to keep doing the same thing and we won't grow.

Another very good post Lou! I find that sometimes just reading your posts and giving them some thought can make my day a little better!

I find that most folks out there tend to resist change.  The experience of serving on a committee loosens that trait up a bit.

 You are correct change is a choice but if you do not change you too have made a choice.

Lou, I agree change is a choice.  Sometimes, it comes from a desperate situation, and we may not think we can do it - but make the conscious effort and you can chose to change.

Change can be a scary thing to initiate, but can also be very freeing and powerful.

Have a buyer that was in an abusive household, lived too long with a batterer and putting into place protection for she and her children to shield them out of love. Change is for survival and to save your life when feeling threatened and the ex is spiraling, capable of crimes of passion, etc. Great post Lou Ludwig !
