Congratulations Bob and Connie Trotter on your purchase of the Spring Creek Property.  It will be nice to be close to family and I look forward to seeing all the changes you made to the house down below  when it goes up for sale.

Pristine 5 acre parcel with Cougar Creek flowing through it. Mostly level & usable land. Nice mixture of mature forest and natural open area's. Recently surveyed. Electric to property line. County road frontage & additional driveway easement. Extremely private building site area's. Cougar Creek is considered a "potable" water source. Just up the road is access to thousands of acres of National Forest. Minutes to Hope, Lake Pend Oreille with marina's, restaurants, fishing, & boating. Abundant recreational opportunities. Lots of wildlife in the area (including elk, deer, & moose).

Rain-Nice sale. I'm just imagining that hill in the distance covered with snow. For some reason I seem to associate Idaho with cold and snow. As your photo shows, Idaho is not the north pole. Congrats.

LOL I thought the same thing before I moved here.  We do get snow, although this year we got less then most of the U.S.  The snow we get is a light and fluffy, easy to clear, easy to drive in.  Im not a big winter person but I sure do enjoy watching the amount of eagles increase.  For those that like to go play in it, it is a wonderland.  For me I enjoy the spring time when it is teaming with tons of life.  Every color of green imaginable and wildlife everywhere you look.  Our summers here are perfect with temps that hover at 80.  We tend to get sprinkles of rain at night to keep it all green and fresh and beautiful blue skys with fluffy clouds.  Autumn colors are amazing here.  Definately 4 seasons and I have come to love them all.
