Good morning Nina Hollander,

Impressive Housing Trends e-newsletter with valuable information for the consumer! Interesting article on builders moving away from the outdoor kitchens etc. We are still seeing outdoor living areas in huge demand because we can utilize it so many months out of the year. People spending more to have family and friends over and entertaining at home. It's like real estate..varies from state to state!

Good morning to you, Dorie Dillard! Here in Charlotte outdoor kitchens/living areas are also still popular, also because of our climate. But I can see where the shine has worn off in areas where their use is limited by seasons. Have a great weekend!

Bill Roberts ~ believe it or not, I don't spend a fortune at all. There are lots of free things out there and this is one of them... I just customize it to me. Where I spend the "fortune" is in my time making sure my stuff goes out. Have a great weekend, Bill.
