This is up 21.0% from $1,295,000 in April of 2014. 3-month median price of $1,722,500 in April was down slightly from $1,835,000 in March but up moderately from $1,305,000 in April of 2014. Price per square foot in April was $730. This is up from $540 in March and up from $538 in April of 2014.
Inventory
Inventory of 142 in April was up 37.9% from 103 in March and up 46.4% from 97 in April of 2014. New listings of 70 in April were up considerably from 43 in March and way up from 39 in April of 2014. Months of supply of 10.2 in April was up substantially from 7.6 in March and up considerably from 5 in April of 2014. This is the highest months of supply has been since May, 2013.
Market Time
Days on market of 95 in April was way down from 146 in March and down substantially from 150 in April of 2014.
