DIY Home Decor.....For Renters!

By
Real Estate Agent 3089261

As a real estate agent, most of my marketing and ideas center around buyers and sellers, often times not focusing on renters because, hey, let's be honest, its not up there in the commission category. I still love helping renters none the less and I found this great article with amazing ideas for sprucing up a rental space! Even if a home isn't a "forever" home, it should still feel that way! Decorating our place of living in a way that shows our personalities and stories is so important because it makes us feel a sense of belonging....a sense of "home is where the heart is". If you have any renters your currently working with, this link below may be a great article to share with them! Happy House Hunting!

Blake, I will take your post advisement. Never thought to stage rental units.

Frank,

You don't neccessarily have to stage rental units, but you could print out the article just to give them a few ideas. It wil be that extra touch you do that most realtors don't think of. :) I hope you are having a productive weekend!

Blake, welcome to ActiveRain, and fun to target renters as first time home buyers are exciting to work with on a home purchase.
