PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I have been here since 2010 (can't believe it) and I know of many of the members here and am known by them too. So, the test time is in place. Now, as to what I would say, well over the years, each one of us has shared what we do and how we do it...yes? So we have little "leave behind" thoughts to pull from
WHAT DO YOU KNOW?
Not only that, but how we think and what we think even unto experience and opinions alike. In other words, we are able to actually describe each other after a time and form an opinion whatever that is. It is the same as having a neighbor who lived next to you. You know things & they do too about each other

If someone in the RAIN was to give me out as a reference for them, I could comment and answer questions about them no problem. Isn't it fair to say that when you have been socially and professional posting, sharing and commenting over a period of time, an opinion/history is formed about each other?
At the very least we know of each other.

WHAT THEN?
All these examples (and so many more) all have responsibility, consistency and longevity in common. They are also current and practicing professionals. If there ever was such a thing as reference material, they all have credible history here. I can recite on many others too just when I hear their name
