How would you as a buyer or seller feel if your San Diego condo for sale was listed in the wrong neighborhood?  For buyers wanting to live in a specific neighborhood of San Diego, such a listing error can be a major issue if the neighborhood is a very popular one.  As Luxury Realty continues to build its San Diego condo specific web pages we are finding neighborhood misinformation to exist more than it should.  Do we wish the Sandicor MLS would standardize its condo building names and the associated neighborhoods in which they exist?  Yes, of course we do. Until that happens, please perform tax and other searches to validate the neighborhoods of any condo you list.
