The Steamboat Pilot reported 28 Steamboat Springs real estate sales this past week with a dollar volume of $14,479,888.92.  9 Steamboat Springs area real estate sales were single family, 14 were condo/townhomes, 3 were lot/land, and 2 were commercial/industrial sales.
