My buyers are very excited to have signed a contract with Lennar Homes for a brand new home in Sierra Ridge.  This is one of Lennar’s newest communities in Parker, Colorado.  The offer many choices and have lots available.

 

My buyers selected the Prescott model for their future home.  They are expecting to move in by mid-October.  The Prescott is the largest of the Grand Collection at Sierra Ridge offering 5 bedrooms plus study, 4 bathrooms, a 3 car garage and built in solar.  They lot is over 10,000 feet which gives them plenty of room to spread out.  This home with all of its top of the line finishes is under contract for $583,950.
