 In the First quarter (01/01/2015 to 03/31/2015) 70 homes were sold. The Minimum Listing Price $439,000 and Selling Price was $400,00,000 with 2 bedrooms, 1 baths, 826 square feet house, 5000 sq ft lot, and 2 days on market

 Maximum Listing Price $6,900,000 and Selling Price $5,800,000 with 6 bedrooms, 8 baths, 8,563 sq ft home, 101.645 sq ft lot, and 384 days on market..

 Average Listing Price $1,100,908 and Selling Price $1,055,936 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths,  2851 sq ft home16,16,164 sq ft lot and 81 days on market.  11 sales were in the price range of 500K to 600K and 8 sales on the $600K to 700K. From all the sales 4 were short sales, 2 reo aka bank owned and 1 probate



 Conventional Loan 30 year fixed it's at 3.750% there is a 5% down payment for purchases with no Private mortgage Insurance. Fha Loans at 3.675% 30 year fixed with 3.5% down payment

 There is a 100% loan available for low and medium income families with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.  VA Loans are for Veterans, it is a 100% loan, with NO Private Mortgage Insurance.
