Good news in the South Florida real estate market? Are you kidding?
Not kidding... Absolutely not! We have all been beaten up in the real estate industry with horrendous news over the last couple of years (Some of it accurate and some of it junk) I'm pleased to see the good news appear in print again and particularly when it is specifically about something I'm personally involved in.
