Sometimes, you can see things that are an easy fix that would be more appealing to a buyers eyes, other times it can be a bit more tricky. My small bath took 2 weeks of work to replace the tiles. After that the bigger bath was a lot faster took me 1 week. Work with cramped space is my my constraint. Total cost material $900 including H2O wise toilets for both baths.
