Along the same note, the median sales price came in exactly the same from May of 2014. Buyers are out and looking at homes, with 229 new homes going under contract in Harford County, up 37% from last year and slightly up from last month as this market continues to tick up! With interest rates continuing to hover in the upper 3's and low 4's, buyers are coming up the fence as consumer confidence continues to go up and unemployment lowers.
