Yes, Peekskill really has been making a comeback over the last few years, I believe driven by the arts.  Cool to listen to the barbershop quartet.  And, love some of those floors.

Not much of that kind of mixed use in my area of retail and office space.  There is one downtown area that has some lofts above it.  That building is beautiful.  The quartet was nice too.  Love how the more they sang the less chatter in the background as people stop talking to listen.
