In today's market, selling a home is like a room full of women.  You know what I mean.  You walk into a room,..much like you would your search for the right property, and the best looking ones get the most attention.   Guys get this, too.  When they walk into a room, the hottest looking women get the most attention.  So, selling a home is like a room full of women.   You have to grab the attention of the buyers, or else you could be left on the listing sidelines hoping that maybe someone will notice you. 

So, that is why I love to stage homes.  You want to get the attention of buyers with something more than paint, carpets, and closets, if the house is vacant,..or something that doesn't distract a buyer, like a bad dye job on a woman, or tacky design element.
