There aren't that many five bedroom homes in West Lafayette in the West Lafayette Community Schools so they do sell quickly!  So far in 2015 a 5 bedroom home in University Farm has an accepted offer on average only THREE days!!!

University Farm Subdivision is near the Purdue Research Park and less than a 10 minute drive to campus by vehicle.  It is a very popular subdivision as it is next to Cumberland Elementary Schools and is across from Cumberland Park and the West Lafayette High School Athletic Complex.
