Dear Clients, Friends & Fellow Real Estate Professionals,
What are the neighbors thinking?
Have you noticed that new neighborhoods stay in tact until one of the original owners decide to move and then one after another the entire neighborhood begins to change ownership? Dani & I were original owners in the Saugus community near Saugus High School called Brock/Citation in 1980. This phenomenon happened in 1989. We then became owners of a new home in the Valencia Summit on Chiffchaff Ct. in 1989. Our community stayed in tact for several years but around 2004 one of the neighbors moved. We were the last to move in 2005 and bought a newer home here in Valencia Westridge. Thought this would be an interesting story.
Are you thinking of Selling your home at this time? School is out and buyers that need to make a move are relocating within the next few months. This may be the perfect time to put your home on the market. Dani & I would love the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your home's current market value and share our marketing plan. Call, Text or Email us anytime, day or night, we are here for you!
Would you like to see which homes are available that match your family's needs? We will set up a search and update you regularly with new listings as the hit the market. We are doing our best to win your business. We always believe in the saying “No one cares what you know, unless the know that you care”
