Market update for Coronado Ranch Las Vegas NV June 2015

With just over 4 months of available inventory, Coronado Ranch real estate market is experiencing strong seller's market. Out of 57 homes that are not yet in contract, 47 are traditional sales, 8 are short sales, and there are 2 foreclosures.

Average sold price per square foot is $118, with 3-story properties selling for slightly less. Escrowed properties do not indicate upward pressure on price per square foot, and with many short sale properties sitting in title waiting for lender approvals, we might have to wait for them to clear out prior to next move-up in price.
