Margie my first rescue of this group seems to have accepted her new brother Chico who has only been here for about a month. It takes time whenever a new pet joins the group. Chico is really smart and has learned to go to his crate or home when instucted to do so and can fetch and drop the toys, and most importantly learned that Margie, while not the biggest or most threatening, is the leader of the group.
They look like they may be part Havanese or Maltese? Very sweet to see your Chico and Margie lounging peacefully together. Dogs are such a gift! :)

Although Margie took her time accepting Chico into the fold, it is easy to see she now accepts him as one of "the pups". Love the photo with the two on the back of the sofa - too cute!
