Have you ever had a buyer who says she is too stressed and busy to complete the mortgage application process? I HAVE ONE. She gave us the first and second deposits. Now she is dragging her feet and insisting that everyone has to wait for her! Seller and his agent are just as baffled as I am. He is a kindly, retired gentleman who needs the proceeds from the sale to pay his assisted living fees. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE. I don't know what to do....
