Denver Metro 1 year sales May to May shows some rise in new listings for single family homes which gives some relief to the market but we are still finding 30-50 bids per listing in the price range of $150-$450. We had a dip in the previous year starting in November 14 and the lowest point in December 14 with a slow rise in listings every month since. Hopefully the warms summer months will see even more listings as it is the optimal time for families to relocate before the new school year in August.
We are slightly higher in sales of single family homes and condos from the previous year with the average sales price rising $50,000 from the previous year.
As the Denver Metro area becomes one of the nations hottest markets it is predicted we will see this type of momentum for a few more years. It is the time to buy!
