I am reading "Developing the Leader Within You" by John C. Maxwell for the second time, there is so much great information that I missed on the first go around! This poem titled "Influence" really hits me deep down in my gut, I think of this poem daily whether I am making a decision as a Realtor, Father, Husband, Volunteer or Friend....
My Influence
My life shall touch a dozen lives
Before this day is done.
Leave countless marks of good or ill,
E'er sets the evening sun.
This, the wish I always wish,
The prayer I always pray;
Lord, may my life help others' lives
It touches by the way.
As Real Estate Professional we come in contact with many people with different desires and goals. We must know that our work ethic and our integrity, not only affects us but our clients lives as well.
