Pet Friendly to owners who have pets. Restrictions vary from building to building so knowing the pet restrictions before you look at buying a Siesta Key Condo is important to you as a future owner if you are planning on having your pet stay with you.
For the most part Siesta Key condos that are pet friendly are pet friendly for the owners only. Renters are not allowed pets to stay on the property with them. 
So even if you purchase in a complex that allows pets, if you decide to rent your unit your tenants would typically not be allowed a pet.
Every Siesta Key Pet Friendly Condo Building has their own set of restrictions from the size of the pet to the number of pets allowed.
