Attached the RMLS stats for the month of May that just came out today. Note the front page, this is why we have a seller's market here right now. We only have 1.8 months of inventory of single family residences...if we didn't list one more single family Clark County WA home....it would take only 1.8 months to sell off all the single family residences that are ready to move in. See Chart below to understand the significance of "to-be-built homes, homes with offers on them that the buyers have a home to SELL before they can move forward, etc."
The 8th and last page is a MAP and it shows each area and how it currently compares in average selling price of all the different cities. (You can see Portland on there also.)
