Wow- what a great Sunday for open houses. I know that as a part of our MOAR board we were really hoping to have a very successful American Home Week with lots of great open houses. I personally had 4 listings open and am very pleased to announce that even with cool rainy weather, they were well recieved. At 2 of my open houses we had 10 people through and another had over 20!

I am just glad to see that people are out, ready for a spring change and a new home!

You go girl .. in our market 10 "buyers" at one open house in one day is great. We just are not seeing the foot traffic at open house with so many buyers working with agent there is not a need to set aside a whole day to tour homes.
