Why is this a great time to be a buyer or seller?

WHY IS THIS A GREAT TIME TO BE A BUYER OR SELLER?

Good and Bad news to share-

The good news is that our economy is clearly sustaining itself .

Now for the bad news, the  FED most likely will want to raise interest rates.   

When the economy is booming,  higher interest rates make it more difficult for people to borrow and may limit the potential "buyer" pool...

If you are contemplating selling your home, the buyer "inventory" may never be as plentiful as it is currently. 

If you are contemplating buying a home, rates are at historic lows. If you find the same home next year and only qualify for a lower price, you may have to borrow from other sources ( parents, gift letters, or tap into your savings).

 Here in Boston/Brookline/Newton, home prices and values are taking off with nearly double digit appreciation annually. 

Opportunity knocks and the door is wide open for you to still own or sell and Rightsize
