If you would be so kind as to critique this vt it would be of invaluable assistance to me not only as a realtor, but as a photographer as well.  I am most interested in knowing your thoughts on

  1. image quality
  2. speed of tour
  3. use of music
  4. overall thoughts

the tour in question is here.

Thank you.

Hi David

I posted a Blog yesterday on Virtual tourss and this one is somewhat different than any posted so far.  A little long, but very nicely produced.  Only thing that I did not like but maybe sells in your market is the SNOW.  Very Nice Property!!!

Dave,

That was an absolutely gorgeous house!!!  The speed was good, not too fast or slow.  I didn't really care for the music but I really wanted the house!  Until I saw the snow!  I would give you a 9 on a scale of 10 and that is only because I felt the music was very depressing for such a wonderful home.

It looks like a commercial for you vs. an advertisement of a home.  Perhaps that is what it is.  Cool House.  The music annoyed me...sounded religious.  I found myself saying Open the Door already with all of the front door shots...too many.  Loved the shot of the front and back of the house at the end, would have moved them to the beginning and done the outside and then the inside.  Coming under the deck past the tarp and the snow covered steps could have been left out.  The long very narrow shots confused me.

I didn't see a price.  I don't know if I like a house if I don't know the price.  Perhaps someone wouldn't see the video without seeing something else with the price on it.

Photography and Virtual Tours

As a photographer, I loved you images...you are very talented.  As a virtual tour provider, I was bored.  With such beautiful images to choose from, I can imagine how difficult it must have been to edit.  It would make for a great streaming video on a monitor in your office/lobby.  I have to ask...how many hours do you have in that?  I agree with the earlier post about the front door shots.  Having so many of them made me dread trying to actually view the entire home.  Must admit, I didn't make it through the whole thing.  Sorry.  Again, this would be wonderful as an advertisement of the photographs that you take (and as a gift to the homeowners once the property has sold).  I make a habit of getting to the point when doing a virtual tour...trying to give viewers just enough to fall in love with the home, so they HAVE to see it for themselves.

Thanks for sharing your wonderful photos!

Tanise
