As of March 31, 2008, there were 14 single family home sales in Haiku year-to-date, compared with 15 sales this time last year.
The average price was $1,165,643, compared with $1,110,400 this time last year.
The median price for a home was $800,000 compared with $675,000 a year earlier, an increase of 19%.
On April 12, an MLS search showed 73 Haiku homes for sale.
